My only criticism is that your company is not set up to do personal customization for hats. I would have love to be able to add the word Veteran to back of the cap

I like the style of the hat all black with the DD-214 at Front, But I Wish it had DD -214 Embroidered on Back of the Hat as well !!!!. I hope in future you will consider adding this to style your hats Embroidered on back as well as the front. Wayne Addison

I bought 2 of the largest size, one for me and one for a friend. Both of us think the one size fits all is too tight and gets uncomfortable to wear after a couple hours. We’d both like to see one with an adjustable back that we can adjust to fit that would provide more comfort.

I was hoping the DD914 would show up better than it does on the black hat. From a distance or bit of an angle it's harder to read than I expected. I do like the hat however. I will order the brown to go with it and keep them both. I like the flex fit hats better than the adjustment on the back "size fits all" style. My older brown one is worn out after a few years of wear.

The black hat Is the second of its kind. I earlier bought the khaki color hat and wear it often and have gotten many comments from people. I prefer the black because it doesn't show the wear as does the khaki. I also work part time for the restaurant chain "Mission BBQ" and wear it at work. Since we are in a military town, we have a tremendous amount of military business all day, every day so it gets a lot of exposure. I have been asked where I got it and so of course I tell them 11Bravos.

The hat has a flexible band that allows it to fit heads in the "in-between" of the sizes. It's similar to the waistband in Dockers that allows a good fit for a 38" size pants on a 39" waist. It works well, and holds the hat on the head. I also want to say a good word on the customer service at 11Bravos. They communicate fast and clearly, and handle returns expeditiously.

Sorry 11Brovos, I should have checked your site out better. When I was posting this I thought I would check and see if your product was made in the USA. Found out my hat was made in Bangladesh and polo shirt was made in Vietnam. I just assumed your products were made here in the USA. I am a US Army Vet and a stone cold American Patriot and want to support the products made in the USA. I still like the hat and polo shirt though. My bad. Hope you understand.
