Vet Club FAQ:
What is it? How does it work? Here's the skinny. Once you sign up, you will receive your initial Vet Club shirt within a week or so, shipped to the address on your account. After that, you will be charged $23 per month, and will receive an original, uniquely designed t-shirt to showcase your patriotism and military service.
Can I cancel anytime I want? Absolutely! Cancel anytime! This can all be done yourself, through the subscription portal. You can also pause/skip upcoming subscriptions if you wish. Everything is totally flexible and easy to mange. If you need us to cancel for you, just let us know by e-mailing support@11bravos.com
What if I don't like the shirt? Don't like it? Not a problem. We don't want you stuck with something you won't ever wear. You can simply ship the item back to us, and we will send out a replacement shirt of your choosing. Just include a note in the package, and let us know what you would like in its place and we'll get it exchanged for you.
What kind of designs can I expect? Our Vet Club shirts will have a patriotic and/or Veteran theme to them. They will be always be tasteful and will appeal to all veterans and patriots regardless of branch of service. They also won't be political or inappropriate for everyday use.
What other perks do I get? As a Vet Club member, you will receive free shipping on ALL future orders placed through our website (as well as all Vet Club shipments). Essentially, you will never pay shipping for anything as long as you are an active member. Once you become a member, we will program your account to automatically waive shipping charges.
I started 11Bravos back in 2011 as nothing more than a Facebook page with no intent in going into business. The page grew rapidly and gained immediate support from the military community. As the Facebook page continued to grow we decided to launch 11Bravos.com. We are based in Manchester, NH where everything is designed, produced, packaged, and shipped.
I spent 4 years in the US Army and was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment - 10th Mountain Division. During my 4 year enlistment we deployed twice to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003, and then again in 2004). I ETS'd as an E-5 in January 2006.
